Q: My net keeps slipping out from the base.
A: Slightly bend the 2 prongs apart creating a slight V. The wider the V, the more tension it will create. When inserting the rods back into the base, lightly squeeze them together and insert them in to the desired length. This will create tension and hold the net in place.
Q: The angle of the catch net does not line up with the chamber.
A: For most users, sliding the net in/out from the guides should align the to the ejection port. If more adjustments are needed, the nets frame is made from aluminum and can be bent. If after positioning the base on your forearm, and adjusting the depth of the net into the base, you can adjust the position by slightly bending the frame to your desired location. Note: REMOVE THE NET FROM THE BASE BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS.
Q: My net arrived out of shape.
A: The net does have some memory and if not stored in its sewn shape, it will create some deformity. Try pulling at the corners to stretch it back into shape. If it still doesn’t hold its shape, you can spray some clear varnish/clear coat on it. Adjust the deformed area and let the clear coat dry. This should fix it unless the frame is bent.
Q: The Catcher doesn't catch any Brass.
A: Not all Handguns eject brass out to the right. Some models eject brass up and back, hitting you in the head missing the net entirely. There are fixes on Youtube for different brass ejection problems. Use at your own risk.
